We were looking around internet land and someone posted their bank account details and stated thats how much they got with digital product selling- just under a million dollars.
Now that is something we would promote here!
Cool. All the comments were so awesome!.
They were also selling a complete guide on how this was done...
But upon closer inspection you find that they included their home sale...which obviously cranked up the amount in their account.
In reality they only earned $3k from the products that they sold, which is kinda lower than just under a million dollars.
We pointed it out in the comments (along with some other things that didn't seem right). The comments were saved and then 20 minutes later they have been deleted :)
What is it with $10k/ month?
This is a very sus number. Almost everyone promoting a product is stating they make $10k/month. Almost all are BS. Even more so when they state they make that selling $2.95 KDP books. That's 3389 units monthly selling.
Either a larger price or more ebooks the less the stoopidly large amount you have to sell. 100 ebooks at the same price, 33 to sell per month- consistently to get that sales per month.
Likely? Maybe, but not consistently.
Average is 1000-5000 units sold...per year.

Like How?
Went through some social sites trying to promote an article on this site. One post- video of 15 seconds long states "Top 3 sites to get rich". Then they show you on their computer the homepages of Clickbank and 2 others.
Their homepages!
Nothing more
And people love it, like it has thumbs-up, "great advice".
What advice?
How is that better than some of the others out there (not bitter here at all)

So Many Blogging Income Reports
We have clicked on a ton of blogs recently and almost every one has an income statement attached to it. Before it was only the marketers that did it (when they were selling a blogging course). But now we have "stay at home blogs".
The problem?
They all look sus the same. Like very similar. They are all in:
- the finance/ budget niche- they all started after a rough time at college- they "bit the bullet" and then went into blogging full time- thats when the income increased.
The odd thing is. Many have very few backlinks and traffic. Very few have any social shares. They all seem like they have been templated.
Now not stating that all are sus but many seem to be. One was cool because they diverted a 2021 income report to an affiliate offer on how it made them money. No scans or pictures of their account, just the affiliate offer.
Just thought it would be fun to mention it :)
