We wanted to create this post as a quick reference. Obviously, as time continues these topics could be added to. But remember, don't take them at face value straight away.

Social media marketing for example doesn't mean you jump into that niche. It means this niche is profitable and can be evergreen. So you dig down:

• What social media platform do you use and enjoy? Can you become know for a platform where other people refer to?
• Have one platform that you are known for and then find another. Always keep in mind that online platforms can easily change- with updates and they can even go out of style. That is why keeping informed about what is coming out and what is losing the popularity vote is really wise.
  

Another favorite is dieting. This topic has been done so many different ways, but they are all somewhat successful as long as the right niche, contacts and audience is chosen. What seems to be changing is the diet for:

• At work professionals
• At work parents
• Minimal factory products and more "natural"/ make at home
• Cheaper ways to obtain food items but same benefits

You can also do a couple of top selling ebook topics as well. Why not have nutrition coupled with education and organisation? You could even throw in there gardening and healthy eating.
